Thereafter, you will train your merchant and hold them by the hands so they can start transactions and be earning revenue from these services you have helped them sign up for. Every time your merchants carry out transactions, they can view their transaction details and commission earned real time online and immediately and commissions are all credited to their wallets instantly.

For a merchant to have a smooth transaction experience using our service, it is advisable your merchants use an Android or Apple phone with a minimum of 2GB RAM, as this is gives sufficient speed to make transactions happen seamlessly.
WHAT INTERNET BROWSERS ARE BEST TO OPERATE phoonePOS
In order for the merchants to have a seamless experience using phoonePOS, you will advise them to download from the internet; Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Safari for Apple phone browsers. Our platform works very well using any of these browsers.
However, its important to note that the best browser to use is Google Chrome and the other browsers can serve as backups, incase there are hitches on Chrome that may arise from cookies or cache problems.
HOW DO THE MERCHANTS SIGN UP?

There are 3 different module of services offered on phoonePOS. They are:
- phoonePOS Complete Module
- Accept Payment Module
- Bills Payment & Airtime Purchase Module
They are only required to sign up on the first module, which is the phoonePOS module. They will be required to provide their name as contained in the bank, phone number profiled with their bank, they will also be required to create a SECURE 4-Digit Personal Identification Number (PIN), then they will select the phoonePOS module.
NOTE: It is only the phoonePOS Complete Module that gives you access to offering Mobile Money services.
Once they select the phoonePOS module, they click on the Sign up Button. Once they click on Sign up, they will be taken to the section where they will fill in their Know Your Customer (KYC) details. This is a Central bank of Nigeria (CBN) requirement.
The KYC section is a 3 Section Form (A, B & C). Once all KYC details are provided, they will be taken to the last page, they will accept our Terms & Conditions (T & Cs), then they will click on submit button. Once that is done, the bank account details for payment would be displayed to them.
Upon submission of your application and Payment of their Sign up fee, you will be notified. We will then do our 1st. level verification, thereafter the application would be approved. This usually takes between 24 and 28 Hours.
After review of the application, it would be approved or declined, depending on whether the accurate details were provided or not. Once the application has been approved:
1. The merchant will receive an e-mail which would contain some important information.
2. The merchant will then be added to our phoonePOS Merchants Support WhatsApp group.
3. We will send the merchant an updated version of the phoonePOS training manual, then give the merchant additional training online on how to offer these services to their customers, where necessary. The training would take place on WhatsApp.
4. We will also send the merchant a soft copy of the outdoor banner, they will print and display at their location. Once they print the banner, they will put it in front of their place of business as their advertisement.

AS A PROSPECTIVE INFLUENCER, HOW DO I GET THE MATERIALS TO POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We already have the materials printed. we will be supplying you the materials and the content you will be posting. That does not mean that you cannot create materials you want to post to boost your business, but such print materials must be sent to us for final approval before they are posted online.
ARE INFLUENCERS PERMITTED TO SHARE phoonePOS INFORMATION OUTSIDE SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes. Our influencers are permitted to share information about phoonePOS outside social media, as long as it would assist them in achieving their sales target.
AFTER PAYING TO BECOME A phoonePOS INFLUENCER, WHAT IS NEXT?
Once you make your payment of the sum of N5,000.00 to become an influencer into our corporate account, you will be added to a WhatsApp group. The WhatsApp group is a temporary place, where we wait to onboard more influencers. Once the prospective influencers reach the required number, a date for training will be fixed.
WHEN IS THE TRAINING TIME FOR PROSPECTIVE INFLUNECERS?
The influencers are trained on Thursdays, 8.00pm – 9.30pm. This is done every 2 weeks. Which means that if you pay to become a phoonePOS influencer today, you will be doing your training 2 weeks Thursdays after your payment. This is to allow you plan for your week ahead and make our enough time to take your training.
AFTER THE INFLUENCERS HAVE BEEN TRAINED, WHAT IS NEXT?
Once the training takes place, the influencers are not moved to a Telegram group, where other influencers are. There, influencers are always free to have conversations and ask questions from other influencers, where ever there is something they dont understand and they want further clarifications.
WHERE DOES THE INFLUENCERS TRAINING TAKE PLACE?
Our trainings usually take place on Zoom. The zoom link will be shared inside the WhatsApp group of the participants.
WHAT ARE MY OTHER OBLIGATIONS AS AN INFLUENCER?
All influencers are required to send in their influencer report every week. A marketing report form will be shared in the Telegram group, where influencers are expected to download and fill in the details of their activities for the previous week. This is to assist the Customer service team do follow up on the prospective merchants.
CAN I DEFER MY TRAINING, IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY OR CIRCUMSTANCE BEYOND MY CONTROL?
Yes. You can defer your training to the next one, if you have an emergency or an issue that is beyond your control.

As long as your merchants and customers have their accounts with these banks, then they can offer our services to them.
The list of banks here is not exhaustive. Funds transfer can be done with all banks and Fintech companies that their payments route through NIBSS platform.
HOW DO MERCHANTS PRINT RECEIPT FOR CUSTOMERS?
All transactions merchants carry out appear on the transactions menu. Our solution is such that the influencer and the merchants can view all their transactions there. From the view function, the merchant can Screenshot, Download, Email, or print receipts for their customers. If the merchant has a bluetooth printer, they can print the paper receipt, so that is not a problem.
HOW DO THE MERCHANTS WITHDRAW THEIR MONEY INTO THEIR BANK ACCOUNT?
As your merchants perform transactions, their phoonePOS account is updated realtime, so they can have a view of their balance in their Main Account Balance on phoonePOS.
In order to withdraw the money in their account, they will use the phoonePOS to Bank menu. From there, the merchant will be required to provide some certain details, then they can withdraw the funds into their bank account.
