EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and technology-driven Data Capture & Inventory Management Associate to support daily business operations within a financial services or fintech environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, asset management, and operational reporting.
The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, integrity, speed, and the ability to maintain proper inventory records while supporting sales and operational teams. The successful candidate must be comfortable working with spreadsheets, inventory software, POS systems, ERP platforms, and digital reporting tools.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data Capture & Processing
- Accurately capture operational, customer, sales, and inventory data into company systems
- Verify data accuracy before submission and identify discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Update inventory movement records in real time
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
- Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels of devices, POS terminals, SIM cards, accessories, consumables, and office inventory
- Track issuance, returns, transfers, and replacement of inventory items
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconciliations
- Investigate inventory variances and prepare reconciliation reports
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for stock replenishment
- Ensure proper labeling and storage of inventory items
- Operational Support
- Support field operations teams with inventory allocation
- Prepare inventory usage analysis and movement reports
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance reviews
- Assist in warehouse or branch inventory inspections
- Monitor asset lifecycle management and depreciation tracking
