OUR PAYMENT TERMS – PRINTERS:
For those interested in purchasing this printer, we do deliveries within the Lagos metropolis at a fee that would be borne by the buyer. What we do for our prospective buyers, is negotiate a good rate for delivery fee within the Lagos metro, but again, not forgetting the challenges with the current fuel price increase.
For our customers outside Lagos, we request for a 100% payment. Our responsibility is to first find out what part of Nigeria our client is based. We usually prefer if our prospect knows someone within Lagos, so the can inspect and take delivery of the printer and send to the original buyer. Where, the prospective buyer does not have someone in Lagos, the buyer would tell us a preferable transport company to
use to do the delivery to the location of the buyer. Its important we let you know, that we take customer service and satisfaction serious. So, we would NEVER ship a printer that is faulty to any of our clients. WE ARE NOT CRIMINALS.
We do not undermine the problems associated with trust in our country today. In doing our business, we stake our reputation, just to let you know, not everyone is fraudulent and we are an organization that has been registered with the Corporate Affairs commission (CAC) since the year 2002. So, if we have been in business for this long, it means we must have had some credibility.
